Where such transfers occur, we take appropriate measures to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection to that provided within Indonesia, including through the use of contractual safeguards with our service providers.
7.2 In particular, any transfer of personal data to our KYC/AML verification partners or game content providers located in other jurisdictions is governed by data processing agreements that require those parties to implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures and to use your data only for the purposes specified.
7.3 By registering an Account and using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your personal data to servers and processors located outside Indonesia where operationally necessary for the provision of our services.
8.1 ughoki retains your personal data for as long as your Account remains active and for a defined period thereafter, in accordance with the following retention schedule:

8.2 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized so that it can no longer be attributed to any individual player.
8.3 Where a data subject has exercised their right to erasure (see Section 13), ughoki will delete the relevant data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law or where the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
9.1 ughoki uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform effectively, maintain your login session, and gather aggregated analytics data. The following types of cookies are in use:

9.3 You may manage or delete cookies through your browser's settings. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to the Platform. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use any Platform features.
9.4 Our Platform uses HTTPS exclusively. All cookies are set with the Secure and HttpOnly flags where technically applicable, to prevent interception and cross-site scripting access.
10.1 As an internationally licensed gaming operator, ughoki is obligated to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and to maintain anti-money-laundering (AML) controls in accordance with its licensing conditions. The personal and documentary data collected during KYC is processed specifically for this regulatory purpose.
10.2 KYC data — including copies of government-issued identity documents, proof-of-address documents, and payment method ownership evidence — is stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers. It is accessible only to authorized ughoki compliance personnel and, where required, to our licensed KYC service partners.
10.3 Where ughoki identifies transaction patterns that raise reasonable AML suspicion, we are legally obligated to file a suspicious activity report (SAR) with the competent authority under our licensing jurisdiction. In such circumstances, we are prohibited from disclosing to you that a SAR has been filed.
10.4 The right to erasure (Section 13) does not apply to KYC and transaction data that we are legally required to retain under AML regulations, regardless of whether your Account has been closed.
11.1 ughoki implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or alteration:
11.2 While ughoki takes every reasonable precaution to safeguard your data, no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials secure and for notifying us immediately at support@ughoki.best if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
12.1 The ughoki Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data belonging to persons under the age of 21.
12.2 All registration attempts are subject to age verification checks. Where we discover — through KYC review or other means — that an Account has been registered by a person under 21, we will immediately suspend the Account, delete the associated personal data to the extent not legally required to be retained, and return any undisputed deposited funds via the original payment method.
12.3 If you have reason to believe that a person under the age of 21 has registered an Account on the Platform, please notify us immediately at support@ughoki.best. We take underage gambling seriously and will act promptly on any credible report.
13.1 Subject to applicable law and the limitations described in this Policy, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by ughoki:

13.3 We will not charge a fee for reasonable data subject requests. Where requests are manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or refuse to act on the request, with written explanation.
14.1 ughoki reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file and post a prominent notice on the Platform indicating that the Policy has been updated.
14.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was published. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your data.
14.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
