These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ughoki. Please read every clause carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on this platform. By accessing ughoki, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register an account with ughoki. Accounts held by underage individuals will be permanently closed and any funds subject to forfeiture.
Each player is permitted a single registered account on ughoki. Duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended, and bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000; minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, arbitrage exploitation, and fraud are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all account balances.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ughoki holds its international gaming license. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under that jurisdiction's rules.

2.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies or rules published on this Platform from time to time.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ughoki with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.
2.3 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
2.4 ughoki reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly.
3.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an Account on the Platform. ughoki strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will conduct age verification as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed, all funds will be subject to review, and any winnings will be forfeited.
3.2 Residency: The Platform is designed for use by residents of Indonesia. By registering an Account, you represent that you are accessing the Platform from within Indonesia and that you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your location.
3.3 Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are not under any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from using the Platform or entering into wagering transactions.
3.4 Not an Excluded Person: You confirm that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through the Platform's responsible gaming tools or by any other body, at the time of registration or at any subsequent time while your Account remains active.
4.1 One Account Per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — including through the use of different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.2 Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. ughoki reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where inaccurate information has been provided.
4.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ughoki will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.4 Suspicious Activity: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify ughoki support immediately at support@ughoki.best. ughoki may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.
4.5 Account Closure: ughoki reserves the right to close or suspend any Account, at its sole discretion, where it reasonably believes a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, or where required to do so for regulatory, legal, or security reasons.
5.1 ughoki is required under its licensing obligations to conduct identity verific ation on all Accounts before processing withdrawal requests and periodically throughout the Account lifecycle. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC).
5.2 Required Documents: To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
5.3 Processing Time: ughoki will endeavor to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Documents that are illegible, expired, or inconsistent with Account registration data will be rejected and re-submission requested.
5.4 Withdrawal Hold: Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. ughoki accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing arising from a Player's failure to submit adequate KYC documentation in a timely manner.
5.5 Ongoing Monitoring: ughoki reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time during the Account lifecycle, including before processing high-value transactions or where unusual activity patterns are detected.
6.1 Accepted Methods: ughoki accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.
6.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account and may be returned subject to applicable processing fees.
6.3 Currency: All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing; exchange rate differences are borne by the Player.
6.4 Own Funds Only: You confirm that all funds deposited into your ughoki Account are owned by you and are free from any claim, lien, or encumbrance. Deposits made using funds that are the proceeds of crime, or using payment methods not registered in your own name, will be reversed and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6.5 Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account dashboard. ughoki may also impose mandatory deposit limits in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations.
6.6 Processing Time: Deposits via local Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account within 0–5 minutes. ughoki accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
7.1 Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
7.2 KYC Prerequisite: All withdrawal requests require successful completion of KYC verification (see Clause 5). Withdrawals submitted prior to KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is finalized.
7.3 Same-Method Withdrawal: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. ughoki reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification if a withdrawal is requested to a different payment method.
7.4 Processing Time: Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within five minutes during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours or flagged for additional review may take up to 24 hours.
7.5 Wagering of Deposited Funds: ughoki reserves the right to require that deposited funds have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is approved, in order to prevent money-laundering through the Platform. This requirement applies to Real Balance only and not to Bonus Funds (which carry separate wagering requirements).
7.6 Withdrawal Limits: Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. ughoki may adjust these limits for high-value players by prior agreement.
8.1 General: ughoki may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.
8.2 Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, a standard wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount applies before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
8.3 Wagering Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements:
8.4 Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited to your Account, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from your Account automatically.
8.5 Abuse: ughoki reserves the right to void, reverse, or reclaim any bonus, free bet, or winnings derived therefrom where it reasonably suspects a Player of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets (arbitrage), or systematically exploiting promotional mechanics.
8.6 Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first deposit. ughoki reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
9.1 Acceptance of Bets: ughoki reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any wager at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
9.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. These limits may vary by market, event, or Player account tier.
9.3 Errors and Technical Faults: In the event of a manifest error in odds, prices, or game outcomes — including those caused by software malfunctions, data feed errors, or human input errors — ughoki reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Players' Accounts. This applies whether or not bets have already been settled.
9.4 Result Disputes: The settlement of all bets is final once confirmed by ughoki's settlement system. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion by contacting support at support@ughoki.best. ughoki's decision on all settlement disputes is final and binding.
9.5 Togel Draw Results: Togel draw results are sourced from the official pools of the respective market (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau). Results published on those official channels constitute the authoritative source for settlement purposes.
9.6 Live Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. ughoki does not guarantee the continuous availability of any live betting market and reserves the right to suspend markets at any time. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:
11.1 ughoki is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and never as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.
11.2 Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary time-out (from 24 hours up to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time through the Account settings panel or by contacting support. During any exclusion period, the Player's Account will be blocked and no new deposits or wagers will be accepted.
11.3 Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary deposit limits at the daily, weekly, or monthly level. Decreases to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
11.4 Reality Checks: Players may enable session-time reminders that prompt them to review their session duration and balance at regular intervals.

12.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the intellectual property of ughoki or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
12.3 The ughoki name, logo, and all associated brand assets are trademarks of ughoki. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right to use ughoki's trademarks without prior written authorization.
13.1 ughoki collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 ughoki will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes without your explicit consent, except where required to do so by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or the terms of its licensing agreement.
13.3 All data transmitted between your device and the Platform is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
14.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ughoki makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ughoki shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures.
14.3 ughoki's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
15.1 ughoki reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
15.2 Amendments take effect on the date they are published on the Platform unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
15.3 If you do not accept an amendment, you must notify ughoki and cease using the Platform before the amendment's effective date. Continuing to place wagers after the effective date will be treated as unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.
16.1 Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ughoki's international gaming license is issued. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
16.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the arbitration body specified by ughoki's licensing authority.
16.3 Language: These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
16.4 Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
